At The Gates To Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon. Please ensure to fill our online consultation forms for our treatments: such as Facials, Massage, Fat freeze and eyebrow enhancements.

24 hrs of patch test is also required for tint and Lash/brow lifting.

We take deposits on all our online and phone bookings, which is mandatory to pay to book your appointment. There is a 24 hrs cancellation policy and full amount will be charged for now show.

If for any reason you want to cancel or change your appointment please give 24 hours notice via phone/message/web site chat or email.
